All payments made on the ashmei.com website are encrypted using secure technology and your credit card details are not retained or visible.

ashmei accepts the following payment cards.
VISA, MASTERCARD, DEBIT CARDS or call us and we can take payment and your order over the phone.

If you are using a promotional code please enter it in the promotional code box on the shopping basket page.

In the case of any errors or omissions on the website ashmei reserve the right to refund your order prior to the goods being despatched.

ashmei reserve the right to cancel any order if the product is no longer available. No compensation will be paid in such cases but customers will be notified and reimbursed for the full cost of the order.

Every care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and specifications of ashmei products are correct. The colours shown on the website are a close representation, but slight variations in the actual product colours may occur due to different screen resolutions and browsers. Also product updates and improvements may alter the actual product received slightly to that shown from time to time with stock replenishment.

You confirm that:

a) you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract in respect of the product(s) you are ordering;
b) all information and details provided to us (including on your registration and order) are true, accurate and up-to-date in all respects and at all times;

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict or terminate your access to our website at any time without notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached any of these terms and conditions. This will not limit our right to take any other action against you that we consider appropriate to defend our rights or those of any other person.

Prices are quoted in GBP, USD and EUR. Local import duties may be payable by the recipient on receipt of the order.

UK Shipments:
Next Day Free Shipping: Will be applicable on all orders over the value of GBP(£)100 and sent via DPD Local using a next day service. To guarantee a next ‘working’ day service orders will need to be placed by 2pm GMT. Orders placed after 2pm on a Thursday will not be delivered until the following Monday.

Next Day Delivery: Will be applicable on all orders under the value of GBP(£)100 and sent via DPD Local using a next day service and charged at GBP(£)4.95. To guarantee a next day service orders will need to be placed by 2pm GMT. Orders placed after 2pm on a Thursday will not be delivered until the following Monday.

Next Day Before 9am: Is available on all orders, charged at GBP(£)9, sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed®. Orders placed on non-working days will take 1-2 days longer to process. To guarantee a next day service orders will need to be placed by 3pm GMT. Orders placed after 3pm on a Friday will not be delivered until the following Monday.

Orders to the Scottish Highlands and Offshore can take two working days.

Special Delivery: Is available on all orders, charged at EUR(€)20, sent via DHL for a delivery within 1-2 working days. Orders placed on non-working days will take 1-2 days longer to process. Worldwide Shipments:
Free Shipping: Will be applicable on all orders over the value of USD($)150 and sent via Global Mail Priority for a delivery within 7-10 working days.

Standard Delivery: Will be applicable on all orders under the value of USD($)150 and sent via Global Mail Priority for a delivery within 7-10 working days and charged at USD($)15.

Special Delivery: Is available on all orders, charged at USD($)20, sent via DHL for a delivery within 1-3 working days. Orders placed on non-working days will take 1-2 days longer to process. Orders placed after 2pm GMT will not be processed until the following working day. Orders placed after 3pm on a Friday will not be processed until the following Monday.

Please note that ashmei cannot be held responsible for shipment that takes longer than those outlined above as actual shipping time is out of our control.

Please note that most courier companies and postal services will try to deliver the package twice if there is nobody in at the time of the 1st delivery attempt. Note ashmei cannot be held responsible for any non delivery of orders due to failed delivery attempts. It will be your responsibility to arrange further attempts with the courier service or postal service or collect the package from their local depot.

We accept orders for delivery to any part of the world.

Products will be dispatched in accordance with the delivery method you have selected from the options available on our website.

Our delivery charges are as set out on the Postage page.

We will endeavour to dispatch the product(s) to you as soon as possible after you place your order (normally within 7 days if the product(s) is/are in stock) and in any event within 14 days beginning on the day after you place your order, other than in the case of pre-orders, for which the dispatch date will be on or around the date set out on our website for that product.

If we are unable to dispatch the product(s) within that time we will contact you to let you know, and will give you the right to cancel the order and to receive a full refund.

As soon as the product(s) is/are delivered to you, you are responsible for it/them.

Ownership of the Products will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the Products, including delivery charges.

You are able from time to time to pre-order items that are about to come into stock. Products offered for sale prior to being instantly available will be highlighted on the site with an expected shipment date. You can also express your interest in an item that is not available by using the wish list button on the product page. You will then receive an email as soon as the item becomes available in your chosen size and colour.

If you would like to amend your order, please email enquiries@ashmei.com. Please note that once an order has been processed ashmei are unable to cancel or amend it.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return it for an exchange, credit note or full refund, provided it is within 14 days of receipt of your order and the item is as new, not worn and in the original packaging with swing tickets and trims still attached. (Xmas presents can be returned up to 10 days after 25th December)

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the product to us (unless it is faulty, incorrect or mis-described). We suggest you return your products by recorded delivery so you can follow up with the courier service you have selected to use as any lost returns are the responsibility of the sender

 

Please note the cost for ALL returns is the responsibility of the purchaser unless the goods are found to be faulty. ashmei will not accept the costs of any courier charges UNLESS approved beforehand and suggest goods are always sent by their local postal service using a tracked normal service. Any courier charges incurred by ashmei for returns not sent in the described way will be recharged in full back to the customer before any exchanges are made or deducted from any refunds due.

 

Faulty items will either be replaced, repaired or refunded following evaluation by the ashmei Customer Services team.

Returns are only accepted online for items purchased directly from ashmei.com. If you have purchased your item from one of ashmei’s retail partners please contact them directly to arrange an exchange or refund.

 

Products purchased as gifts cannot be refunded and may only be returned for an exchange. ashmei are unable to refund postage on returned gift items. Gift exchanges will show on the order history of the original purchaser. All deliveries require a signature on receipt.

You must return the product in suitable packaging to ensure it reaches us in good condition. We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them. In case of dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of sending.

If you are unhappy with the fit, cut, colour or style of your product please feel free to return it for an exchange within 14 days of ordering. As long as the item is as ‘new’* ashmei will accept it and replace your purchase with a product of your choice, refunding any difference in price or taking additional payment. Please follow the ‘How to Make a Return’ information below.

*’As new’ condition for ashmei items is unwashed and unworn. ashmei strongly recommends you store your item in its original packaging while you make a decision about the product. Please also note that any return that is creased, unfolded, covered in hairs, dirt or fluff and not in the same condition as it was when it was shipped from ashmei will not be accepted for an exchange and will be sent back to you.

Goods are considered faulty where a manufacturing fault occurs within 21 days of purchase. ashmei will assess whether or not the product has suffered a manufacturing fault and will return or refund the product as required. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of excessive or long term usage are not considered to be faulty.

If you would like to exchange a faulty item, please be aware that it can only be replaced for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible ashmei will offer to repair faulty items.

 

If a faulty item has been worn it must be freshly laundered before being returned. All unwashed worn garments will be returned back to the customer.

Repackage your item wherever possible in the original packaging and enclose a copy of your returns form.

Post items with cost of postage clearly marked on the outside of the package. If this is not possible please enclose a receipt of postage within the package. Obtain a proof of posting wherever possible. Note postage refunds will only be paid on faulty items.

For international returns: please mark your package. Goods returned under warranty: ashmei will not be able to pay for customs charges incurred when returning items.

When ashmei receive your return we will aim to process it within 10 working days and will refund you on any monies owing and the return postage only if the goods are faulty (up to the value of £6 UK, $15 US, €10 EUR, A$20, $20 Japan and Rest of the World) directly to the card you used to purchase your original item(s).

If you do have any enquiries about your return once it has been posted, email enquiries@ashmei.com. Please include the date the item was posted, which address it was sent back to, the name it was sent under and the items tracking number if applicable.

If you are returning an item from Europe or Rest of the World please ensure you clearly mark your package: RETURNED GOODS VAT NO: GB100 6861 49 otherwise we may be charged duty in the UK which will be deducted from your refund.

ashmei will try to process your return as soon as it arrives, although it can take up to a week for us to process a return during busy periods. Depending on your location, an exchange can take between 2-3 weeks to get back to you. All items will be sent by registered post and will need to be signed for.

We have taken every measure to provide accurate product images for each product for sale on the site. However, due to a number of different factors such as Internet browsers, monitor colour contrasts etc, we cannot be held responsible or liable for any differences in colour between the image and the actual product.

The products sold on ashmei.com are provided for private domestic and consumer use only. Accordingly, we do not accept liability for any indirect loss, consequential loss, loss of data, loss of income or profit, loss of damage to property and/or loss from claims of third parties arising out of the use of the Site or for any products or services purchased from ashmei.com.

We have taken every measure to prevent Internet fraud and ensure any data collected from you is stored as securely and safely as possible. However, we cannot be held liable in the extremely unlikely event of a breach in our secure computer servers.

We shall have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered or any other matters to the extent that the delay is due to any event outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, flood, fire, labour disputes, strikes, lock-outs, riots, civil commotion, malicious damage, explosion, governmental actions and any other similar events.

We make no warranty that the Website will meet your requirements or will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs or represents the full functionality, accuracy, reliability of the Website. We will not be responsible or liable to you for any loss of content or material uploaded or transmitted through the Website.

We do not accept liability (except as set out below) for any errors and/or omissions contained in our website and reserve the right to change information, prices, specifications and descriptions of listed goods, products and services at any time and without notice.

I fully understand that participating in this event/race is potentially hazardous, and that I should not enter or participate unless I am fit and medically able. If I choose to accept this entry, I assume full and complete responsibility for any injury or accident, which may occur while I am traveling to or from the event, during the event, or while I am at the location/premises of the event.

I am also aware of and assume all risks associated with participating in this event, including but not limited to falls, contact with other participants, effect of weather, traffic, and conditions of the road or trail. I also confirm that the event organisers, sponsors, promoters, agents, representatives, successors and assigns cannot be held responsible for any lost property or damage to property of belongings while I attend the event.

I, for myself and my heirs and executors, hereby waive, release and forever discharge the event organisers, sponsors, promoters, agents, representatives, successors and assigns, and all other persons associated with the event, for all my liabilities, claims, actions, or damages that I may have against them arising out of or in any way connected with my participation in this event. This means your details will not be divulged to third parties and we will not send you promotional information, by e-mail or post, unless you agree to it. Under the Data Protection Act, you retain the right to access and modify any data about you held by ashmei. When you visit the ashmei.com website, or when you register your details or purchase from ashmei.com, you agree to be governed by ashmei?s terms and conditions. Please also note that credit card details are not held or passed onto any third parties.

If you breach these terms and conditions and we take no action against you, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these terms.

If a solution cannot be found on any issues that relate to this site or products offered and you wish to bring court proceedings against us you must do so within the United Kingdom (if you live there) or the Republic of Ireland (if you live there).
